High-Performing Teams (HPT)

Our 16-week HPT program promotes psychological safety, productivity, better teamwork and improved communication. It is thoroughly tested, scientifically based, and produces measurable impact. HPT is a program that works with teams.

It only takes one team leader to see the value of the program and fully participate. The automated nudges and work between modules reduces the time in live workshops and therefore the cost to the organization, so it can afford to involve more employees (not just management) in our programs without sacrificing the quality of the experience.

High-Performing Leaders (HPL)

This 3-month program helps leaders to develop their talents and skills to build trusting relationships with their employees and team, understand their employees’ needs, and take an active role in meaningful conversations with individuals and teams.

This program gives leaders knowledge and skills along with a clear cadence, purpose and structure of 5 conversations with individuals and 4 conversations with teams that inspire them, help them prioritize, help them grow, drive their accountability, and smoothen the collaboration and alignment.

Individual Strengths Coaching

Engage in 1:1 or team coaching using the CliftonStrengths® online assessment and e2grow platform to help increase self-awareness through talent identification and development. This allows individuals to share the best of themselves with others and leads to high levels of success and satisfaction.
