Beekuba Leadership Academy (BLA)

The BLA (Beekuba Leadership Academy) introduces new and emerging leaders to best-practice leadership competencies and teaches participants to learn how to lead through their unique talent lens. Delivered using a combination of training personalized one-on-one coaching, and online micro-learning experiences through the e2grow platform, the outcome is self-aware, knowledgeable leaders who are ready to step into management roles and bring out the best in the employees they support.

How is this Different from Other Management Development Programs?

Many management development programs focus on leadership competencies, but we also examine each person’s unique talent profile to understand how they are uniquely wired to succeed in these critical competencies.

Participants focus on one leadership competency each month, engage in one short learning module a week for three weeks, and end the month with a facilitated cohort discussion. This slow, steady learning allows participants to apply what they are learning and absorb information at a rate that can be processed and used.
